Lucius Tirey IV is a lifelong student of movement, performance, and personal evolution. With a background that spans elite-level strength training, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, endurance sports, and holistic health, Lucius brings a rare and authentic perspective to the world of coaching. He’s run a sub-2-hour half marathon, deadlifted 635 lbs at a bodyweight of 181, and competed in BJJ at a high level—earning not only results but insight into the power of training the body
and the mind.
